IT hardware company WeP Peripherals, has joined hands with Memjet to bring colour office printers to India. The printer, powered by Memjet technologies, can print up to 60 pages per minute. The partnership was announced this week at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Memjet-powered office printers can print colour at 1600x800 dots per inch resolution at the rate of a page a second.
WeP is among the large players in managed print solutions (MPS) in India. The company has service network covering over 1400 urban, semi-urban and rural locations in India. Recently, WeP has been empanelled with UIDAI for Aadhaar project and is offering printing solutions to enrollment agencies.
