Oridian, a subsidiary of digital marketing solutions company Ybrant Digital, has announced Mumbai-based digital and out-of-home (OOH) services provider Integrid Media as its official seller of web advertising properties in India.
Ybrant had acquired Oridian, an online media solutions company based out of Israel, for $13 million in 2007. Oridian enables premium websites to monetise their international traffic in more than 40 countries while offering advertisers and agencies dedicated and optimised campaign management.
US-based internet search advertising network provider MediosOne, which was acquired by Ybrant in 2007 for an undisclosed sum, already has a joint venture agreement with Integrid to penetrate the Indian market.
“We are continually looking for ways to not only up our service, but also the product itself. By partnering with Oridian, we offer publishers quality content ads, while at the same time ensuring advertisers the prime promotional space on leading web properties,” Anil Mishra, chief executive officer of Integrid Media, stated in a press release today.
