Alkyl Amines Chemicals has allotted 5,006 equity shares under ESOP on 17 September 2024. Upon allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 10,22,62,064/- divided into 5,11,31,032 equity shares of Rs.2/- each to Rs.10,22,72,076/- divided into 5,11,36,038 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
