Asian Paints update on scheme of amalgamation
Asian Paints announced that the scheme of amalgamation of Maxbhumi Developers and Sleek International (wholly owned subsidiaries of Asian Paints) with the company, sanctioned by the NCLT has become effective from 01 March 2025. Accordingly, Maxbhumi Developers and Sleek International cease to be subsidiaries of the company.
