Axis Bank allots 1.55 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 1,55,783 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 17 December 2024 pursuant to exercise of stock options / units under its ESOP / RSU Scheme.

The paid-up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 6,189,617,698 (3,094,808,849 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 6,189,929,264 (3,094,964,632 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
