Board of Brightcom Group cancels Dividend

For the FY 2022-23

The Board of Brightcom Group at the meeting held on 24 October 2024, after careful consideration has proposed the withdrawal of the announced Final Dividend of Rs.0.1 per Equity Share (5%)for the Financial Year 2022-23. The Dividend was earlier declared on 30 May 2023.
