Five-Star Business Finance has allotted 7,945 equity shares under ESOS on 09 May 2025. The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs 29,44,27,100 consisting of 29,44,27,100 equity shares having a face value of Rs 1.00 each to Rs 29,44,35,045 consisting of 29,44,35,045 equity shares having a face value of Rs 1.00 each.
