GST collection rises 7.5% in Jul-25

Indias gross Goods and Services Tax (GST) collection came in at Rs 1.96 lakh crore in the month of July 2025, marking a rise of 7.5% compared to the same month last year, government data showed today. GST collection for June stood at Rs 1.85 lakh crore, translating into a near 6% rise on monthly basis.
