Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Sunbeam Lightweighting Solutions Private Limited (Sunbeam) a WOS of the Company at their meeting held on Friday 19th December 2025 has approved the conversion of the 135380000 CCPS and 376000000 OCDs into Equity Shares of Sunbeam.
