The Company has acquired the remaining 20% equity shares of Samskara Resorts Private Limited thereby making the Company a Wholly owned Subsidiary. After acquisition the Company has transferred its Business Unit - Samskara Resort & Spa Jaipur to Samskara Resorts Private Limited (Wholly owned Subsidiary) on a going Concern basis.
