Environment Ministry to ease norms for projects within 100 km from LAC

New Delhi, June 12 (ANI): Union Minister Prakash Javadekar on Thursday said that the Environment Ministry is planning to ease norms for strategic defence projects within 100 km from the Line of Actual Control (LAC) which is India's border with China, to enable faster permissions and simplification. He also said that delays in projects of defence will be fast tracked.
