Farmers protest in Amaravati over 3-capital proposal

Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh), Jan 20 (ANI): Farmers staged protest in Andhra Pradesh's Amaravati on January 20. The protest took place as State Cabinet gave nod to the recommendations of the high power committee on setting up 3 state capitals. Telugu Desam Party (TDP) supported the farmers' protest. Party MP Jay Galla was detained during the protest.
