Hang rapists till death: Jaya Prada

Rampur (UP), Dec 09 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party MP and actor Jaya Prada on December 09 reacted on the rape incidents in the country. She said that the rapists should hang till death. "There should be change of mentality in the society," she added.
