Gurugram (Haryana), July 25 (ANI): A journalist, Vijay Shukla, was arrested by police for allegedly blackmailing BJP MLA Umesh Aggarwal over phone. Police said, "He was arrested yesterday and sent to remand for 4 days. Further investigation is underway."
