The Centre is considering reviving anti-profiteering provisions for two years to ensure consumers benefit from GST rate cuts
The proposed anti-profiteering body under the goods and services tax (GST) regime is likely be set up under the framework of a restructured Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC).
