The Oregon State Police have announced that a body found in April at the residence of Dennis Day is that of the Disney star. Day, who was an original member of Disney's "The Mickey Mouse Club", disappeared in July last year after he left his residence. His huband, Ernie Caswell, who suffers from dementia and was admitted in the hospital at the time, later filed a report with the police about Day's disappearance. Day's body was found in his Phoenix, Oregon, home in early April. The Oregon State Medical Examiner's office were unable to use dental records or DNA because of the condition of the remains. There was no word on the cause of death and police investigation is still ongoing, according to Entertainment Weekly. After learning of news, Day's family posted a statement on Facebook. A labourer was killed and two others were injured when the trolley attached to a crane got snapped and fell on them here Thursday, police said. The mishap took place when the crane was being used to dig a well at Maldhon-Shivar village in Sinnar taluka of this North Maharashtra district, they said. Given scarcity of water in the district, farmers are digging wells at several places. One such well was being dug at Maldhon-Shivar by a group of labourers. While the digging work was on, the trolley attached to the crane got suddenly snapped and fell on labourers working 75 feet deep in the pit, injuring three of them, the police said. One of them, Vishwas Dube (36) died on way to hospital, while two others -- Macchindra Sumbhe (38) and Vithal Dube (36) - were admitted to hospitals in Sinnar and Nashik, they added.
