The Gujarat High Court on Friday reserved its order in the review plea filed by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a matter related to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's degree after arguments concluded. Launching the new capacity building plan on Wednesday, Union minister Jitendra Singh said the initiative is aimed at training officers and rationalising their deployment depending on the skills and acquired competencies. Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Wednesday wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, seeking recognition of the Sarna' religious code for tribals. Soren said the population of tribals in the state has declined to 26 per cent from 38 per cent in the last eight decades.
