Thirty-two per cent of vehicles in Kerala are currently uninsured, posing a threat to several lives, state Transport Commissioner, S Sreejith has said. "We are projecting double-digit growth over the last year. We are going to achieve that because a recent trend is showing uptick in individual retail business.
