Pakistan Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah on Monday warned Imran Khan that he would be arrested if he dared to launch fresh anti-government protests, and blamed the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief for indulging in the "politics of agitation." Sanaullah fired the salvo at the former prime minister while speaking to Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) workers at a party convention in Multan in Punjab province, according to the Dawn newspaper. The minister's warnings come days after Khan instructed his workers and supporters to prepare for the Jail Bharo Tehreek' (fill the prison movement) against the federal government for inflicting custodial torture on his party leaders and delay in announcing fresh general elections. Pak's former military ruler Musharraf will be laid to rest in Karachi today

Pakistan's former military ruler General Pervez Musharraf's body will be laid to rest in Karachi, and will be brought back to the country on a special flight that will leave for Dubai on Monday, media reports said. Musharraf, the architect of the Kargil War in 1999, died on Sunday in Dubai after a prolonged illness. The 79-year-old former military ruler, who had been in the UAE since 2016, was undergoing treatment for amyloidosis at American Hospital Dubai. Musharraf's body will be laid to rest in Karachi, and will be brought back to Pakistan on a special flight that would leave for Dubai on Monday, according to the Dawn newspaper. However, the Pakistan government has not issued an official statement on the date or venue of the burial of the country's former president. Pakistan PM Sharif reiterates diplomatic, and moral support to Kashmiris

Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday reiterated diplomatic, political, and moral support to the Kashmiri people until they attained their right to self-determination as per UN resolutions. Addressing a special session of the Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) assembly in Muzaffarabad, Sharif said that Pakistan always laid emphasis on a peaceful resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute as per relevant UN Security Council's resolutions. Wikipedia blocked in Pakistan on account of blasphemous content: Report

Pakistan has blocked Wikipedia after the website refused to remove offensive or blasphemous material, according to a media report on Saturday. The blacklisting of Wikipedia comes days after the Pakistan Telecom Authority (PTA) degraded Wikipedia services for 48 hours, threatening to block it if the content deemed blasphemous' was not deleted, The News newspaper reported. When a PTA spokesperson was contacted late on Friday night and inquired about the blocking of Wikipedia, the official confirmed that yes it had been blocked, it reported. On the instruction of the high court, the PTA degraded disrupting and slowing access to the encyclopedia website for 48 hours because there was blasphemous content on it. Wikipedia is a free online encyclopedia, created and edited by volunteers around the world and hosted by the Wikimedia Foundation.
