They engaged with the primary section, participated in the "happiness class" and experienced the Entrepreneurship Mindset Curriculum class as well, the Delhi government officials said. A school in South Delhi's Pushp Vihar received a bomb threat via e-mail following which police were informed and the school evacuated, officials said on Tuesday. Delhi Police and bomb disposal squad were rushed to Amrita School after being informed about the threat by the school authorities, a senior police officer said. The school was immediately evacuated and buildings were checked but nothing suspicious was found so far, the officer said, adding further investigation was underway.
A school in Delhi's Defence Colony was evacuated Wednesday morning after an e-mail said there were bombs on the premises, police said. The bomb squad and other agencies are inspecting the school for any such explosive substances, they said. The Delhi Police on Monday received an email regarding a bomb being placed on a school campus here in south Delhi, officials said. A senior police officer said that the email was received on Monday regarding the bomb placed in Indian Public School, Sadiq Nagar. The local police were informed and the bomb disposal squad, and dog squad rushed to the spot. The school campus was evacuated and a thorough search has been made, police said.
