Realty firm Lodha Developers Ltd plans to launch 15 housing projects worth Rs 14,000 crore in the second half of the current fiscal to expand its business.
Mumbai-based Lodha Developers is one of the leading real estate companies in the country. It sells properties under Lodha brand.
According to its latest investors' presentation, Lodha Developers plans to launch 10 million sq ft area for sales across 15 projects during the second half of the 2025-26 fiscal.
These projects are located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune and Bengaluru.
During the first quarter of this fiscal, Lodha Developers had launched projects worth Rs 8,300 crore, while it launched projects valuing Rs 4,900 crore in the second quarter of the 2025-26.
"Significant launches planned in H2 across cities, on track to meet our FY26 pre-sales guidance of Rs 21,000 crore," the presentation said.

Home and furnishings company Wakefit Innovations is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) on December 8, comprising a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 377 crore.
The IPO of the Bengaluru-based company will conclude on December 10, and anchor investors will be allocated shares on December 5, according to the red herring prospectus (RHP).
The company's maiden public offering is a combination of a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 377.1 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 4.67 crore shares by the selling shareholders.
As part of the OFS, the promoters - Ankit Garg and Chaitanya Ramalingegowda and other selling shareholders - Nitika Goel, Peak XV Partners Investments VI, Redwood Trust, Verlinvest S.A., SAI Global India Fund I LLP, Investcorp Growth Equity Fund, Investcorp Growth Opportunity Fund and Paramark KB Fund I will be offloading shares.

A balanced level of humanised Artificial Intelligence (AI) design in chatbots enhances customer comfort and trust, while excessive human resemblance can cause discomfort, a new research by the Goa Institute of Management (GIM) has found.

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Sunday cast her vote for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) bye-elections and urged citizens to participate in large numbers, calling voting a democratic duty that strengthens governance and development.

Healthcare industry body NATHEALTH has asked the government to increase public spending on healthcare to over 2.5 per cent of GDP with urgent action to tackle non-communicable diseases, including tax deductions of up to Rs 10,000 on individuals for preventive health check-ups.
In its pre-Budget recommendations to the government, NATHEALTH said it outlined a roadmap to strengthen healthcare delivery, foster innovation, and expand insurance and preventive coverage.
The recommendations call for a balanced mix of fiscal support, structural reforms, and public-private collaboration to build a robust, future-ready health system, it said in a statement.
