Realty firm Keystone Realtors plans to launch a super luxury residential project in Mumbai next month with a revenue potential of about Rs 3,000 crore, a top company official said.
Mumbai-based Keystone Realtors, which sells properties under Rustomjee brand, is one of the leading real estate developers in the country.
In an interview with PTI, Keystone Realtors Chairman and Managing Director Boman Irani said the company is very bullish on housing demand and expressed confidence of easily achieving the sales bookings target of Rs 4,000 crore this fiscal year.
The company has already sold properties worth Rs 1,839 crore in the first half of 2025-26, up 40 per cent annually.
About new launches, Irani said the company is targeting to launch a super luxury residential project at Bandstand, Bandra, in Mumbai next month.
"The gross development value (GDV) of this upcoming project will be around Rs 3,000 crore," he said.

Inox Clean Energy Ltd has executed definitive agreements with Australia-based Macquarie Corporate Holdings Pty Ltd and other shareholders to acquire Vibrant Energy, which has a portfolio of 1337 MW.
Noida-based INOXGFL Group company did not disclose the deal value, but as per industry sources, it was about Rs 5,000 crore.
Vibrant Energy is a diversified renewable energy independent power producer (RE IPP) in India.
In a statement on Sunday, Inox Clean announced the execution of definitive agreements with Macquarie and other shareholders to acquire Vibrant Energy's total portfolio of 1337 MW, of which 800 MW is in operation.
The projects are located across multiple states, including Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
A query on the deal amount sent to parent INOXGFL Group remained unanswered.
Vibrant has existing power purchase agreements (PPAs) with major C&I customers, including large global MNCs for an average 20-year period.

Senior BJP leader Rajendra Rathore on Sunday rejected former chief minister Ashok Gehlot's claim that the Union government's report redefining the Arvallis would destroy 90 per cent of the mountain range in the state, and claimed it lays down a stricter framework for its conservation.
The Supreme Court, on November 20, 2025, accepted the recommendations of a committee under the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change on the definition of Aravalli Hills and Ranges.
According to the new definition, "Aravalli Hill is any landform in designated Aravalli districts with an elevation of 100 metres or more above its local relief" and an "Aravalli Range is a collection of two or more such hills within 500 metres of each other".
However, Rathore noted that the 100-metre criterion is not limited to height alone.
"According to the court-approved definition, all hills of 100 metres or more, their slopes, and terrain within 500 metres between two hills remain outside the mining ambit

Citing the Survey of India analysis, Rathore assured that mining will not expand under the new definition

Sixteen banks had been declared defaulters and had their licenses revoked by the Reserve Bank of India.
