New Delhi, Jan 23 (ANI): Ahead of Delhi Assembly elections, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal held a massive roadshow in Karol Bagh on January 25. CM Kejriwal filed his nomination for the New Delhi constituency on Jan 21. He was accompanied by party leaders. Chained inmates rescued from old-age home in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Jan 25 (ANI): Police rescued at least 73 people after some were found locked in a room and several others locked at an old-age home in Nagaram village, on the outskirts of Hyderabad. A case has been registered under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 against the management of the old-age home. Police said, "Case of cheating registered against the management of the old age home after a complaint was received that Psychiatric patients and mentally-disturbed persons are being confined in a house with chains and being treated inhumanly. Investigation is underway."

There will be repercussions if INA veterans are not invited for Republic Day parade: CK Bose

"There will be repercussion across the country if govt fails to honour the INA veterans by not calling them to Republic Day parade, there is still time. The Sardar Patel Stadium has built at a cost of Rs 700 crore and has a seating capacity of 1,10,000. It has surpassed the Melbourne Cricket Ground, which has a capacity of 1,00,000 people. Google announces dates for I/O 2020

Study reveals eating yogurt may help lessen risk of breast cancer

New Delhi, Jan 25 (ANI): A recent study has found that consuming natural yogurt on a daily basis may help women to be at lower risk of risk cancer. According to researchers, one of the causes of breast cancer may be inflammation triggered by harmful bacteria. Their idea is yet to be proved, it is supported by the available evidence that bacterial-induced inflammation is linked to cancer. Yogurt contains beneficial lactose fermenting bacteria commonly found in milk, similar to the bacteria - or microflora- found in the breasts of mothers who have breastfed. Several other studies have shown that the consumption of yogurt is associated with a reduction in the risk of breast cancer, which the researchers suggest may be due to the displacement of harmful bacteria by beneficial bacteria.
