Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh), Sep 06 (ANI): An eight-year-old girl died inside the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) machine of a privately run facility inside the government-owned Hospital in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur on September 05. She was being treated at the pediatric wing of Lala Lajpat Rai Hospital in Kanpur. Her family members alleged that overdose of the sedative given to the child ahead of the MRI scan caused her death. The girl was undergoing treatment for cardioplegia, a condition in which body parts don't function properly. Hospital staff claimed that the child did not die of overdose, but her condition was critical when she was brought in the hospital.
New Delhi, Sep 06 (ANI): A fire broke out in the rear power car of Chandigarh-Kochuveli Express at platform number 8 of New Delhi Railway Station on September 06. Four fire tenders were present at the spot to douse the flames. However, there have been no casualties due to the fire, and all the passengers were safely evacuated. Deputy Commissioner of Police, Dinesh Gupta, told ANI, "All passengers have been evacuated safely and they will take legal action over the incident."
New Delhi, Sep 06 (ANI): Delhi Police on September 6 filed an FIR against activist Shehla Rashid for allegedly spreading fake news against Indian Army on Kashmir issue. Delhi police took the step after a complaint by Supreme Court lawyer Alakh Alok Srivastav. Lawyer Alakh Alok Srivastav said, "She (Shehla Rashid) had tried to provoke the people that they should breach the peace and they should try to engage into some kind of riots because she had tried to give false scenario image which is going on in Kashmir. She had not given any evidence to substantiate her tweets. The tweets made by her are absolutely false and allegations made by her only to defame the image of Indian Army and to incite violence. The complaint had sought the arrest of Rashid for allegedly spreading fake news against Indian Army.

New Delhi, Sep 06 (ANI): Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that there has been 25% reduction in Delhi's pollution. "According the data of Delhi Pollution Control Broad and Central Pollution Control Board, from 2012 to 2014 the Particulate Matter (PM) 2.5 was 154 and in between 2016 to 2018 PM 2.5 has reduced to 115. So, there has been a reduction of 25% in Delhi's pollution," said CM Kejriwal.

Bengaluru, Sep 06 (ANI): While talking on Chandrayaan-2, Space Scientist RC Kapoor said that they are waiting for smooth and hazard free landing. "We have waiting for this day from a very long time and you may remember that Chandrayaan-2 has been proposed even before the Chandrayaan-1 was launched. Now it is ready and both gadgets are going on their respective orbits," he further added. Chandrayaan-2 Vikram lander will make a soft landing on the surface of the Moon in the early hours of Saturday (September 7).
