Dense fog affects flights operations at IGI airport

New Delhi, Dec 30 (ANI): As the national capital was engulfed in thick blanket of fog, flight operations were affected. Several flights were delayed due to cold wave. Normal operations were suspended due to low visibility at IGI airport. Minimum temperature was recorded at 3.4 C on December 29. On December 28, Indian Meteorological Department issued 'red' warning for Delhi. The red colour denotes extreme weather conditions.

Watch: World's highest ice hockey rink in Lahaul-Spiti

Lahaul-Spiti (HP), Dec 30 (ANI): An ice hockey coaching camp and tournament was organised from 20 December to 29 December in Kaza sub-division of Lahaul Spiti in Himachal Pradesh. 45 students were trained in this camp. The ice hockey rink is located at an altitude of over 12000 feet from the sea level, making it the highest ice hockey stadium in the world.

New Delhi, Dec 30 (ANI): If you thought the camera bump on the Apple iPhone 11 was overpowering, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S11 may just leave you somewhat baffled. According to tipster @OnLeaks, the high-end Galaxy S11 Plus version could feature a vertical rectangular camera module with rounded edges and comprise of four lenses and a flash. The image shared on Twitter appears to be a prototype design. It isn't clear if this would be the final Galaxy S11 Plus design when it launches in 2020.

Recommended physical activity related to reducing cancer risks

New Delhi, Dec 30 (ANI): A study of nine trials of 7,50,000 people showed a reduced risk of seven types of cancers with the amount of physical activity during leisure time. Many types of cancer have a relationship of 'dose/response' from the seven cancers identified in the report. The guidelines for activity stated that 2.5 to 5 hours of moderate-intensity workout in a week or 1.25 to 2.5 hours of vigorous activity is the ideal amount of physical activity for sustaining a healthy lifestyle.
