Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir), Oct 26 (ANI): To mark Instrument of Accession, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers held Tiranga rally in Jammu. They hoisted the national flag outside Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) office. BJP workers raised slogan of 'Vande Mataram' while hoisting the flag.It was the third time, when BJP workers hoisted the Indian flag at PDP office, after party chief, Mehbooba Mufti's remark on the national flag. After being released from detention of 14 months, Mufti had claimed that she will not hold the national flag until Article 370 is restored in Jammu and Kashmir. "Today, the Indian flag is hoisting at every corner of Jammu and Kashmir and in everyone's heart, these betrayers of the nation's interest, like Mehbooba Mufti or Farooq Abdullah do look here, each and every house of Jammu and Kashmir is hoisting national flag," said BJP President of Jammu and Kashmir, Ravinder Raina.
New Delhi, Oct 26 (ANI): The Additional Director General of India Meteorological Department (IMD), Anand Sharma has suggested to put mustard oil in nose to combat air pollution. "Poor category is definitely harmful. Luckily, people are using masks because of COVID-19, these masks prevent from fighting the virus and will also help in fighting pollutants. In addition to that, people can also use natural remedies, which earlier people used in their daily lives, like they can put mustard oil in their nose that trap some of the particles," said Anand Sharma. Sharma also said that Delhi's air quality is to remain poor in coming days.

New Delhi, Oct 24 (ANI): Instant messaging application WhatsApp Business will soon be rolling out a new feature to let users shop for goods and services right from the chat window. The feature is currently under development. According to Mashable, as part of the new feature, all the WhatsApp business account users would be directly able to provide product catalogues to their customers from within the chat window. A shopping button will be added on WhatsApp, which will be rolled out in India soon. The shopping button will let users add items to a cart, and check out from within the WhatsApp chat.

New Delhi, Oct 24 (ANI): Anxiety around COVID-19 could be causing body image issues among both men and women, research suggests. Feelings of stress associated with the pandemic are associated with men having a greater desire for muscularity and women having a greater desire for thinness, according to the study led by Anglia Ruskin University. Researchers surveyed 506 adults in the UK, with an average age of 34, about stress and body image. Participants were also asked a series of questions about the impact of COVID-19 on their daily lives and to rate their anxiety caused by the pandemic on a seven-point scale. The survey results indicated that stress and anxiety related to the coronavirus are associated with more negative body image. Negative body image is one of the main causes of eating disorders, such as anorexia and bulimia.

Lucknow (UP), Oct 23 (ANI): Additional Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary (Health) Amit Mohan Prasad on October 23 informed that Uttar Pradesh has recorded 2,298 cases in last 24 hours. He also said that for the past 36 days the state is recording decrease in active infection cases of COVID-19. In last 24 hours 3,025 people have been recovered from the invisible virus. The recovery percentage has been increased in Uttar Pradesh to 92.47 per cent, he added.
