New York (U.S.A.), Sep 22 (ANI): In a strong reply to Pakistan Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi's emphasis that Islamabad was not prepared to be anyone's scapegoat, India's First Secretary to the United Nations Eenam Gambhir said that Pakistan has now become 'terroristan'. Gambhir said that the quest for a 'land of pure' has actually produced the land of pure terror. Further slamming Pakistan PM's statement, Eenam echoed that the world doesn't need lessons on democracy and human rights from a failed state. She also said that Pakistan must understand that the state of Jammu and Kashmir is and will always remain an integral part of India. However much it scales up the cross border terrorism, it will never succeed in undermining India's territorial integrity.
New York, Sep 22 (ANI): While addressing the 72nd session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, Pakistan Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi insisted that Pakistan 'is not prepared to be anyone's scapegoat'. Abbasi said that Pakistan has been consistently active in the war against terrorism and added that its counter-terrorism credentials cannot be questioned. He stated that Pakistan has lost 2,700 lives and sustained 50,000 injuries in countering terrorism.
Washington D.C, Sep 22 (ANI): British Singer Ed Sheeran led the way for the 'Give a Home for Human Rights' day set up by Amnesty International and Sofar Sounds on Wednesday. The British singer played an intimate gig in Washington D.C.. The global refugee concert series saw 1000 artists perform 300 shows across 60 countries on the same day. 'Give a Home For Human Rights' is part of Amnesty's 'I Welcome' campaign, which invites a better international response from governments to the global refugee crisis.

Neelam Valley (PoK), Sep 21 (ANI): In yet another incident of Pakistan's inhumane behaviour in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK), 4 youth were illegally detained and brutally thrashed by the Pakistani security officials. The unemployed youth were seeking job at one of the worksite when Pakistani security personals illegally detained and brutally tortured them at the behest of a Pakistani contractor.This is not the first incident which highlights the inhumane behaviour of Pakistani forces. Earlier representatives of Baloch Republican Party at United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) in Geneva are highlighting the atrocities faced by their community.
Geneva, Sep 21 (ANI): A group of activists from Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK), Sindh and Pakhtunistan immensely criticised Pakistan for its anti-people policies. Debating on the 'Freedom of Expression' on the sidelines of 36th session of Human Rights Council in Geneva, the activists and other attendees blamed Pakistan for crushing voices of dissent and harbouring terrorists. The persecution of religious minorities, including Christians and Hindus, in Pakistan, was also highlighted during the conference.

Rahul Gandhi said that 30,000 youngsters are coming to job market everyday in India, in which only 450 are getting jobs which is a serious concern for the country. Geneva, Sep 21 (ANI): The Baloch Republican Party (BRP) carried out a rally from Rive to the United Nations office, to highlight the gross human rights violations taking place in Balochistan. They shouted anti-Pakistan and anti-China slogans during the march on the streets of Geneva. The activists accused Pakistan of harboring terror and terror manufacturing outfits. The rally comes amid a series of protests and events held in the past several days.
Kathmandu (Nepal), Sep 20 (ANI): The counting of the votes in 135 local bodies out of the 136 that went to polls on Monday is underway in Nepal. Nepal saw a high turnout of nearly 73 percent in the final phase of the local-level elections. After the successful conclusion of the second phase of local elections, the vote counting of the final rounds of local polls is underway. But the major concern over the invalid votes is raised with it is expected to rise over. The tendency of invalid votes is rising simultaneously though the Election Commission has succeeded to reduce it in the 2nd Constituent Assembly election. In Rajdevi Municipality of Rautahat, 46 votes were termed invalid out of the counted 101.
New Delhi, Sep 20 (ANI): Chairman of Balawaristan National Front (BNF) Abdul Hamid Khan wrote a letter to United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres over illegal occupation of Pakistan in Gilgit-Baltistan. In his letter, Khan said atrocities committed by Pakistan in Pakistan-occupied Gilgit-Baltistan (PoGB) and the plight of people should be heard. Myanmar, Sep 20 (ANI): Commenting upon the menace of counter-terrorism, Myanmar State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi said that her nation has not had any discussions with Islamabad on the burning issue of 'counter-terrorism'.
