Nettlinx Channel and Nettlinx Reality, subsidiaries of Hyderabad-based listed company Nettlinx, along with local partners, SP Software and Northeast Broking Services, have formed a consortium with Bigstep Capital of UK to bid for Cliqdigital, formerly known as Bobmobile that is listed on the German exchange.
According to Nettlinx chief operating officer and director P Chandrasekhar, the consortium had recently made a conditional offer for 75 per cent of outstanding shares of Cliqdigital at Euro 7 per share. The offer expires this month-end.
“We are very optimistic that the deal will go through,” Chandrasekhar said, adding the consortium members could do a lot of back-end work for Cliqdigital besides getting the rights to offer its services here.
Cliqdigital is a mobile application and development company, which is stated be having a good reach in the European market. Nettlinx is engaged in Internet and Webhosting activities.
