From 28 October 2015
SSPDL announced that Company received the cancellation order from the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) with regard to Company's project at Osman Nagar and Kollur Villages in Ramachandra Puram Mandal, Medak District. Considering the order, Company has stopped the work on 27 October 2015.On 27 October 2015 Company has filed a case, against the frivolous order of the HMDA, before the Honorable High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the state of Telangana and the state of Andhra Pradesh for getting the cancellation revoked. The Hon'ble High Court heard the case and suspended the cancellation order issued by the HMDA.
In view of the above development, the work at the project site will resume from 28 October 2015.
