Steelcast announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 October 2015, inter alia, the following have been considered, approved and taken on record the following:

- Fresh listing Agreement to be entered into BSE Limited under SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
