Actor Chris Evans said he was initially intimidated by the scale of the Marvel movies and was sceptical about their success.
The 35-year-old actor plays Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
"One of my biggest fears was that the movies were going to be good. Because if things worked out, I'd have to do all six of them," Evans told Telegraph.
"And at the time, that was the most terrifying aspect of it. That it was going to be so dominating, all-encompassing."
The actor kicked off his stint as Captain America in "The First Avenger" in 2011.
Evans has gone to star in six more films from the franchise and will next be seen in the upcoming "Spider-Man: Homecoming" and "Avengers: Infinity War".
