Emma Stone is very special: Andrew Garfield

The couple, who fell for one another and began dating while shooting the superhero reboot, took to the red carpet for the premiere of the film in London on June 18, reported Daily Star.

"She is fantastic. We all know and love her and she is just so fluid and present and generous and loving. She's very special," he said.

Director Marc Webb, who was also present on the occasion, called the onscreen chemistry between the pair the beating heart of the movie.

"That first romance is something we can all relate to and I think that's what makes the film so special."
