Second supplementary budget tabled

Deputy Chief Minister Hemant Soren, who has the finance portfolio, placed the second supplementary budget on the opening day of the winter session.

The maximum funds were earmarked for Food Processing, Public Distribution and Consumer Affairs.

Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (Prajatantric's) Legislature Party Leader Pradip Yadav opposed the government seeking a second supplementary budget.
