Dhanalakshmi Bank gets RoC nod for name change
Kerala-based Dhanalakshmi Bank today said it has received an approval for name change of the company from 'The Dhanalakshmi Bank Ltd' to 'Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd'.
The Registrar of Companies (RoC), Kerala and Lakshadweep have given their approval for name change of the Bank on August 10, Dhanalakshmi Bank said in a filing to the BSE.
