Additionally, an integrated vibration board sends relaxing vibrations to the arches and the heels of your feet, improving blood circulation of your lower legs.

Reflexology pressure nodes stimulate essential reflex points on the soles of your feet while the different kneading massage programmes and vibration modes give you the option of choosing the intensity of the massage.

Integrated models

While Osim has five different massagers starting at Rs 9,000 for the simple foot massager, if you want to massage your entire leg, go for the integrated models. One of these, for instance, is the uSqueeze, Osim's top-end model priced at Rs 23,000.

The advantage here is that it is flexible and has the option of an adjustable foot-rest that allows you the luxury of sitting in a comfortable position and not simply straight.

Else, you can even go for iSqueeze (pic), one notch lower. Available at malls and health and fitness stores. Proline, on the other hand, has only one model priced at Rs 20,000. Available at all Proline stores.
