ACC cement sales jump 13.6% in Oct

ACC on Monday reported a 13.6 per cent jump in cement dispatched for October.

Dispatches for October stood at 1.92 million tonnes compared with 1.69 million tonnes in the same month last year. Production in October rose 15.79 per cent to 1.98 million tonnes, compared with 1.71 million tonnes in the year-ago period.

ACC shares were trading 2.10 per cent higher at Rs 1,006 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) at 2:57 pm.
