Bank of Rajasthan releases pledged shares of Kirloskar Electric

Kirloskar Electric Company today said Bank of Rajasthan has released 8.42 million shares pledged by two of its promoter group companies.

The released shares form 33.65 per cent of the total stake held by the promoters and promoter group companies in the company, which together hold 49.51 per cent stake in the company.
