Chandamama ties up with postal dept

| Chandamama, the popular children's magazine, is tying up with post offices in the Visakhapatnam region in a bid to expand its reach. |
| Addressing the media, B Viswanatha Reddy, editor and publisher, Chandamama, said the tie up with post offices would initially be launched in the Visakhapatnam region, where 18 head post offices would sell individual copies of the magazine as well as accept annual subscriptions through the retail post scheme. |
| Initially, Chandamama editions in English, Telugu, Hindi, Oriya and Junior Chandamama would be sold at the head post offices of Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam, Rajahmundry, Kakinada, Amadalavalasa, Amalapuram, Anakapalli, Bobbili, Chodavaram, Mandapeta, Narsipatnam, Parvathipuram, Ramachandrapuram, Razole and Samarlakota, he added. |
| "With the help of the postal department we are expecting our sales to go up in this region. We plan to enter into similar tieups with post offices in other regions too very soon," he said. |
| The tie-up will help both the Chandamama Publications and the postal department, PVS Reddy, director (postal services), Visakhapatnam region, said. Chandamama is currently available in 13 languages. |
