CMI FPE in contract with Tata Steel

CMI FPE Ltd has entered into a contract with Tata Steel for the supply of 6- High Reversing Cold Rolling Mill and an Electrolytic Cleaning Line.

CMI FPE was recently acquired by the Belgian group CMI.

The 6-high mill and the electrolytic cleaning line will be installed on the site of Jamshedhpur and will have an annual production capacity of 220, 000 tons, said a company release.

The electrolytic cleaning line and the mill will be commissioned within 13 and 20 months respectively, according to company statement.
