BUSINESS STANDARD

Indian Hotels has recorded a 86 per cent jump in net profit at Rs 3.8 crore for the first quarter ended June 2003 as compared with Rs 2 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous year.

Total income rose 17 per cent at Rs 137.7 crore in the quarter under consideration against Rs 117.8 crore in the same quarter ended June 2002.
