Crest Animation plans restructuring

The Mumbai-based Crest Animation Studios (CASL) has plans to consider a corporate restructuring next week.

In a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today, the company said that its board would meet on Monday (23 August) to consider a corporate restructuring plan.

The shares of the company were trading at Rs 94.55, up 8.12 per cent at 1030 am.
