GMR Holdings raises stake in GMR Infra

GMR Infrastructure today said that GMR Holdings (GHPL), the promoter and holding company of GMR Infrastructure has purchased 9,50,100 equity shares of Rs 2 each through open market purchase in normal segment on the stock exchanges on December 11, 2008.

Consequent to this acquisition, GHPL now holds 1,34,22,38,710 or 73.72 per cent equity shares in GMR Infrastructure.
