Godrej Properties signs redevelopment project

Godrej Properties, the realty arm of the Godrej group, has signed a Development Agreement to redevelop a private housing society at Malad West area of Mumbai.
The project, spread over 1.3 acres, will offer approximately 95,000 sq. ft of free sale area. The existing 118 members will be rehabilitated as part of this project.
