Harper's Broadcast channel goes live

Harper Broadcast is a news channel to showcase authors, book reviews, plot trailers, cover reveals and interviews

Publishing major, HarperCollins India, has launched a broadcast platform to showcase authors, book reviews, plot trailers, cover reveals and interviews.

Available to all for free subscription on the brand's social media channels through a new newsletter, Harper Broadcast will be a snapshot of all that is news, views, extracts, sneak peeks and opinions on books, the publishers said.

The first edition is an interview with former model and Miss India contestant, Shvetha Jaishankar, wherein she speaks about her upcoming book-"Gorgeous". 

Talking about the new initiative, HarperCollins India CEO, Ananth Padmanabhan, says, "Harper Broadcast is a first-of-its-kind in India with a publisher-hosted news channel for all publications of HarperCollins. We have exciting content that will aid visibility and with the newsletter there will be so much to read and enjoy."
 

The YouTube channel is hosted by the TV anchor, Amrita Tripathi.
