IBM opens virtual branch office in Surat

In order to support the growing demand of its clients and partners in the city, IBM India announced the launch of a city specific Virtual Branch Office (VBO) in Surat today.

VBO will offer local community the option to communicate online with IBM representatives when they need information and take requests instantaneously for any business need thus acting as a one-stop-shop.

IBM's Surat VBO website will also act as a live platform for potential customers, partners, education institutions, business entrepreneurs, IT enthusiasts and social community groups to gain knowledge about IBM. The site will provide easy and timely access to information on select hardware, software & services. It will also list IBM solutions by specific business issues and provide local IBM contact details for help.Virtual Branch Office is IBM India’s initiative to reach out to its customer and partners in non- metros.
