L & T Infocity Kicks Off Third Project

L&T Infocity and Singapore-based Ascendas Private Ltd have kicked off a joint venture information technology infrastructure project, Cyber Pearl, in Hitec City today.

Cyber Pearl, the third IT infrastructure project in Hitec City, project will be developed in two phases to offer a total of 5 lakh square foot of business space over a five acre plot.

The first phase of the project, offering 2.5 lakh square foot of space is scheduled for completion by the first quarter of 2004.

The project is being built at a cost of Rs 120 crore and will be financed by both debt and equity.
