Mark no longer in promoter group of Glenmark

The board of directors of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has taken on record the exclusion of Mark Saldanha & Sandra Saldanha from the promoters of the company following the separation of businesses.

According to a release issued by Glenmark to the BSE today, Mark Saldanha and his family will no longer be considered as promoters of the company within the meaning of the provisions of SEBI Takeover Regulations, 1992, the listing agreement or any other regulation in force with regard to the same.
