| Morocco-based OCP, a leading phosphate company, has invited foreign direct investment (FDI) in its integrated facility, Jorf Phosphate Hub (JPH), located at Jorf-Lasfar to enhance export capabilities. "This new FDI opportunity offers investors from key global markets long-term access to the highest quality phosphate rock reserves. This integrated facility delivers all the facilities and specific infrastructure especially required to service the global phosphate and chemical industry," a press release quoted Mostafa Terrab, CEO, OCP Group. The FDI window is expected to be of special interest to investors from major phosphate buying regions such as the European Union, India, Brazil, USA and Pakistan, the release added. JPH hub offers an integrated plug-and-play environment with world-class ready infrastructure at the Jorf-Lasfar chemical platform. The access to a deep draft integrated Jorf port facility that can accommodate vessels up to 100,000 DWT is another major positive, the release said. OCP manages one the world |
