MRF board announces 140% final dividend

The board of directors of MRF, which met today, has recommended a 140% final dividend for the year 2004-05 on the paid-up capital as on September 30, 2005.

According to a release issued by MRF to the BSE today, the company has already paid two interim dividends of 30% each, thus amounting to a total dividend of 200% for this year.
