Neilsoft, Triplan plan JV, sign MoU

The Pune-based engineering services and solutions provider Neilsoft announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Europe-based Triplan.

The joint venture (JV), 60 per cent owned by Neilsoft will own, develop and internationally distribute plant design software solutions of IT andFactory (Cadison, Tricad Original) for the life sciences, chemicals, food and beverages, petrochemicals, and process plant segments.

Ketan Bakshi, managing director, Neilsoft, said, "These solutions represent German engineering know-how at its best and this partnership will generate additional value through internationalisation of the product development and distribution aspects of the business."
